- January 24 - I have been somewhat less than conscientious in updating this page, haven't I? Oh well. Today I made a bunch of new title banners, updated some info in the mirror as it's a brand new year, changed the layout for Tisiphone's Angels and generally tweaked all kinds of stuff into shape. Go 'round, it's almost all been messed with.
- November 16 - due to my sudden fear of stalkers, I've removed my last name from these pages. Please do not take it upon yourself to look up my phone number -- wait for me to give it out. Thank you.
- September 24 - Redesigned the Front Hall and Greek Drama pages, finally. Hope you like 'em - for one thing, I lowered the position of those goddamned Geoguides, to improve the upload time. But now I must sleep...
- September 16 - hee hee, studying's for losers...instead I re-worked the cast list. Oh well. Back to the Han dynasty...
- August 25 - hey look! I changed THIS page & added a separate explanation & new quotes. Ouch.
- August 21 - after 6/13ths of forever, there's a new poem, a new song and a new link in the library to someone else's work. And, plus, besides, there's new photos in the nursery of Moi and me. hmm...for someone who left her diary entry at work, I'm doing an awful lot of work online tonight!
- August 14 - The Nursery has been up for a couple o' days now...it's been a while since I've had a chance to update this part. I suck.
- August 5 - I have been very lax with the updates. Sorry. For one thing, I nuked the guestbook. Damn Geocities...it got sooo embarrassing. Tracy sent me a a new bio -- thank you, my mistress -- and I improved the Photo Album muchly. I think it's time to get going on Gustavo's page, what do you think?
- July 29th - okay...the diary is back up & running. Thanks to everyone who took the time to write. Love you... In other news, I joined "Bitches of the Stony Heart," a web ring devoted to clean design, quick uploads, and an absence of pastel, nauseating graphics, cutesy animations or lame embedded midi's employed by a fair number of the chicks on the saccharin "Ladies of the Heart" ring. I was one of the ones who petitioned Squirrel Woman to create this ring, and I'm damn proud that she let me in (the baby smoking a cigarette pic doesn't hurt, either). Finally, there's a new poem! I am so fecund...
- July 24 - Still sulking...altho' I wrote another song today. Perhaps it'll go up tomorrow. Today I replaced the clashing purple bars on the Backdoor, Library and Biographies. It's less clashy, but still...mmm...well, it'll get better. Promise. Still working on the graphics to improve my download time. I should overhaul the entire freakin' Aerie one day, fix all my images, get alt tags up and use the height & width attribute...sigh. How tedious. But, I suppose, necessary.
- July 22 - Decided to scuttle the diary for the time being. Too pissed off to continue. In other news, my Heads interview transcript is up now. Spent so much time on it...need some praise... And finally, I was finally considered shiny enough to be listed in fem.mass, a collection of thoughtful women's pages. Her only criticisms were that my graphic files are too big (working on it!) and that I don't talk about myself enough. Well, not exactly, more like I don't think about myself as myself, and not in relation to others. I dunno...I'm a pretty self-centered little bitch most of the time. But I am a bit overly-involved in the struggle to be loved. See? Take away the diary, and I spew here...
- July 19 - I have a new baby! See the front hall for details. I really think that I'm going to have to make a nursey at this point - little cribs, with thumbnails of Mini Alex, Mikey, Davey, and possibly Pippi, if he father's page ever comes back online!!! Hint hint!
- July 14 - Added a Diary icon to the navigation - er - pyramid on all the pages. And somebody thinks I'm wonderful! Details later.
- July 6 - I'm finally part of the Open Pages circle!!! Huzzah! Put a counter up on the diary page - geez, there's a lot of people interested in my dirty laundry. Also added two geocities features. One of them takes up a bunch o' space and doesn't seem to do any good, and the other is a guestbook, which would be really neat if anyone would sign it. Hint hint. I'm too lazy to ferret out the coding right this second, but there's opportunities to sign it from the guestroom, the front hall, and the diary main page.
- July 2 - Changed the backgrounds in the Back Door, Mirror, and Diary pages. Also made it easier to navigate within the diaries. Whee! (I'm so tired!) Oh yeah...almost forgot about the "Meghan is an evil bitch (and should be crucified) Award", which is on my Front Page. Love the Squirrel Woman, but I had to contribute. Lose a chance to promote the immortal mandate?? Are you MAD!?!
- June 30 - They let me join Open Pages! Yay! And Ophelia, the web-mistress, said kind things about my diary. Aw, shucks...I bet she says that to all the newbies...
- June 28 - This whole week I've been throwing stuff up helter-skelter, and it's not all good yet. Let's see...I moved the diary entries to their own page and fixed up the Front Hall. There's a library page, although it had a long way to go before it looks the way I want it to. Uh...there's original song lyrics born out of my recent depression. I think that's it for now. I'll let you know about later changes...
- June 23 - Consolidated the poetry pages to one mega page. Also did a bunch of stuff which won't bear virtual fruit for a couple of days...patience, my pets...
- June 19 - New poem. blah blah blah, I'm so sad...
- June 17 - nifty new title bar by Andrew. Oh, and since this diary thing is still in effect, the Front Hall page will be updated every day until further notice. And soon, an archive page! And links to other web journals! Yay!
- June 14 - There is now a Photo Album, for those who want to see the weirdos that drift in and out of my life...And I've decided to start an online diary. My first entry is currently residing in the Front Hall.
- June 11 & 12 - made subtle changes all over, to the background, font face, and colours. Oh, boy, do I need sleep...
- June 5 - One more biography from Little Spider, and the removal of the Email page. I've just had it, is all...have you ever wanted to rip someone's head off and drink the fountaining blood? No? Okay, maybe that's just me...
- June 4 - There are some new pictures on the Guest Room page and some directory links which I was required to put up if I want free listings. And I do!
- June 3 - My first three months on-line! (sniff) So much has changed...I remember when this was just a neutrally painted apartment, just crying out for a firm mistress. And then I came along, and converted it to an dark echoing pit of misery and degradation...okay, maybe not. Today I added a new portrait to the Guest Room, and added a new biography by Alleen, the coolest hell-cat I know. Added a link in the Front Hall to click if you think these pages are cool and want to vote accordingly...please, I'm begging! I'm exhausted - I've been registering the Aerie with a bunch of different search engines, so that I can get visited by people whom I don't know in "real" life.
- May 31 - Thanks to Alex, err, Little Spider, for her black hole graphic, it just wouldn't be a Back Door without it. That girl. She's frighteningly good at the visual stuff. Look for a Max Graphix page, showcasing her sweetie's graphic design company, and soon to be designed by the two of us...ahh, the mighty combination of powers that snaps and crackles at our command...sorry. Also started to experiment with this amazingly flexible purple marble stuff I picked up from the Background Simulator awhile back. Thus, there's a new placard over the door, and some new bars. (Just what the Aerie needs...a few more bars! - inebriated Tisiphone)
- May 30 - Added two more bios, from Andrew and the Rev...thanks, boys!
- May 29 - Performed a series of changes throughout the Aerie to reflect my changed attitudes towards a former friend. Also today, added portraits of my goslings to the Guest Room and one bio from Jack-o...thanks for sending it in, sugar!
- May 22 - I'm baaack!!! Yes, my Fledglings, I'm back from my fortnight in the Motherland (God, that sounds civilized!) Of course, after I came home, dropped my bags in the ever-so-convenient hallway, wolfed down some gloriously cheap food, and talked certain members of my family into an early grave, I had to crawl back into my Aerie to see what's changed...
Not very much. You Chicks were surprisingly well-behaved...all tho' my arrival, 2 days earlier than widely expected, will surely shock some of you out of intricate carnal rituals the likes of which I'd rather not envision. After all, I shocked the hell out of my First Consort, and he wasn't doing anything more illicit than essay writing (Hey! He's learning on his own! Let's get him!)
Anyway, if any of you Poppets would like to chat about my trip, feel free to email me in the next little while, while the cortex is still wet n' sticky. I can't promise any feats of memory past a week, however, since my mind has been gooified by light, expensive meals and even lighter sleep. And those who know the meat me are more than welcome to buy me a round, and I'll regale you with tales about Wales. (This is what happens when you visit the graves of at least 25 major poets. You begin to think in rhyme...)
- May 7 - after a long, academically-oriented absence (damn you! I hate you, Walt Freakin' Whitman! Leaves of Grass, my ass!), there's a new poem of bitterness & rage for your perusal. Oh, and it uses lots of pretentious words. Well, that's what happens when you wound an English Major.
- April 28 - finally added some personal photos of yours truly. They're both really current and quite gothic, although, appearances to the contrary, I'm not really part of the subculture.
- April 24 - moved the rest of the links into a Back Door page and created this little page (I haven't decided which room in the house corresponds to here yet. Ideas, anyone???)
- April 21 - subdivided the heinously large links list in the Front Hall and moved some into a Guest Room page.
Well, that's it for now. Hope you're enjoying your stay in the Aerie. Don't look down...

Talk to me, loves.

Purple marbly stuff created with the Background Generator. Neat, eh?
