THEME 2. The Angel Hierarchy in the Botanic Gardens

The power structure for nature spirits on earth follows an hierarchy starting from Great Angels down to the small living points of light which illuminate the grasses through all manner of grades and orders. In each forest, ocean or mountain a hierarchy works, equally as with devas in our cities as with those in our farming areas or in our oceans. The Royal Botanic Gardens in Melbourne are exemplary of this system, displaying the normal power step-down of the life energy.

We track this particular scheme of devic activity by locating the relevant angels on the map of the gardens given here.
Key map of the Gardens.

The Angelic hierarchy in the gardens is as follows:-

1. Main Angel of the Gardens,
2. Main Angels of several sections of the Gardens,
3. Groups of emissaries between the main Angels,
4. Guardians of buildings, shelters and gateways.
5. Several larger tree spirits,
6. Guardians of plots of gardens or small areas,
7. Larger transient sylphs and earth spirits,
8. Smaller tree spirits, sylphs and undines,
9. Colonies of gnomes and brownies in trees and the ground,
10. Classes of pixies, fairies and tiny spirits which appear seasonally and are short-lived.

There are more ways of classifying the nature spirits, but in this website we won't baffle you with this issue. The above ten points can be briefly expanded as follows.

1. Main Angel of the Gardens.
This wondrous being oversees the growth and future plan for the gardens as a whole. It holds much of this in its aura, and can be seen on the etheric, astral and mental levels.

2. Main Angels of several sections of the Gardens.
These beings work under the direct impress of the main deva, but also work alone as managers of force in their own parts of the gardens. They interact with other groups of devas in special ways.

3. Groups of emissaries between the main Angels.
These angels mostly relay advice to the small from the great. They step down energies for small devas and interpret high and complex forms from the larger angels.

4. Guardians of buildings, shelters and gateways.
These drew from the skies, where they were free roaming sylphs. They willingly restrict their life to the protection and love of their posting. They see this vocation as a next step in their own growth.

5. Several larger tree spirits.
As tree spirits go, most are not able to control force beyond their own tree. There are exceptions to this; beings who can freely interact with higher devas and use the sylphs, the main angels, etc to the advantage of all beings on their lawn.

6. Guardians of plots of gardens or small areas.
These can train as guardians for more important places. They can bind the group forces of several bushes and flower patches. They are pure of heart, but limited in breadth of cognition.

7. Larger transient sylphs and earth spirits.
These range in size and intellect. Some are a few centimetres tall; some a few metres. The thoughts of larger ones are on a par with human minds, but their perspective is vastly different to ours. All sylphs fly very swiftly from cloud to ground to sky, mostly in flocks. The earth spirits move quaintly as “little people” and are more on a par with animal minds than ours.

8. Smaller tree spirits, sylphs and undines.
These are the builders of growth in plants and weather. They control small groups of tiny lives that are semi-conscious of the work they do. These devas have no grasp of the higher devas’ thoughts, and selfishly work at their own growth, although still often pure of heart.

9. Colonies of gnomes and brownies in trees and the ground.
These are the comical little workers who till the earth and hoe the roots so to speak. They seem to pretend to be important as they go about their imagined tasks. They are crucial as builders of etheric shape and form, in a way they don’t even know.

10. Classes of pixies, fairies and tiny spirits which appear seasonally and are short-lived.
These tiny life forms are the end agents of the forces set in place by the great angels. They follow the endless thought patterns and so build everything there is. They are so nascent they have no idea of the purpose of they joyful play.
