It is clear, a true light blue.
As well, topaz comes in golden yellow
orangeyellow,red,honeybrown,lightgreen,sherry.
The most valuable is Pink Topaz.
Orangered is called Imperial Topaz.

Special Powers:
Topaz gives strength.
The Greeks thought topaz had more curative powers
than any other gemstone.
It restored sanity, cured asthma, relieved insomnia,
cooled tempers, warded off death...
It changed colors in the presence of poison
according to Middle Age beliefs.

Topaz is found in
Brazil,Nigeria,Sri Lanka,Pakistan,China

CITRINE: The November birthstone alternative
comes in many colors also.
It is much less expensive than Topaz,
very abundant, even in large sizes.
