mycological applications
mycology is the study of mushrooms ( fungi ) -
i have taken mycological specimens and utilized them for artistic applications i.e.,
photography, drawings, paintings, spore prints, to make stains, and to process them in some way -
i have also integrated some forms of algae, lichens, and slime molds into these applications,
from time to time even used some grasses, leaves, and flowers for staining purposes -
and other materials from my environment -
