Though you will be indicating which butterfly you would like to adopt, you must save the butterfly image. Do not change the file name. By saving the butterfly to your server, you will be still be able to have a butterfly to brighten your page even if something should happen to my file.

PC Users: Download an image by placing the mouse pointer over it and clicking once with the right mouse button. Use the Save as... option in the browser dialog box.
MAC Users: Download a moving image by placing the mouse pointer over it, clicking and holding, and selecting the Save as... option.
