Longing For Your Touch
As I lay underneath the big oak tree,
I dream of being with you someday.
As the breeze starts to blow through the meadow.
I lay here dreaming of your beautiful face.
As I dream of being with you someday,
I can feel the warmth and tenderness of your touch.
As a smile breaks over my face,
As my heart begins to ache longing to be with you.
The dream going through my mind is so strong,
As if I were really with you.
As I lay here dreaming of your touch,
The feelings going through me are so warm,
Gentle and caring as if we really shared this moment.
As the day comes to a near,
I wish this dream would never end.
But I know once I turn in for the night,
You'll be laying right beside me.
And the dreams will start all over once again,
Again longing for your touch.
