Ursula is the sea witch. Apparently she’s been banished and exiled from the palace for unknown reasons, but obviously it has something to do with King Triton as she’s got pretty bitter feelings towards him. She’s conniving and well... TRIES to be provocative. Her little ‘poopsies’ Flotsam and Jetsam are her little sidekicks. She’ll stop at nothing to bring Triton down, and if that means going after Ariel, then that’s exactly what she plans to do. Ursula’s raspy voice is played by Pat Carrol.
