   including seawater pumping stations, piping loops (10 Kms of
   sizes  2" -  24") fire hydrants, controllers and tie in to
   existing network (Value of 4.5 M  US$).
   - Recreation Centre Services included Plumbing, Fire 
   Protection and Air Conditioning systems (Value of Mech.
   Works 0.6 M US$)
