ICQ & mIRC

Okay, let me explain the two. ICQ is a program where you are given an number and anybody can connect to that number and chat with you. You can also search for specific people or types of people on ICQ and then chat with them. It is more useful personal chatting. mIRC is a chat program that connects you to large chat networks. It is less personal as IQC and for more traditional chatting.
