 onathan Kellerman has taken his background as a child psychologist...and and made it into one of the most addictive characters that I have run across in a series of mysteries. Alex Delaware, our main character, is a retired child psychologist, who still manages to get involved with some of the most peculiar cases, thanks to LAPD detective Milo Sturgis, usually always involving children in some way....and ALWAYS winding up in a spine chilling mystery. As long as we are talking about Kellerman's, we must remember to mention Fay Kellerman, his wife, who is also a writer of the mystery genre. *haven't been able to find many links for her, but I'm still working on it.* She too bases her character out of LA, but her's is a detective, who has many dimentions. In her books, you not only find a great mystery, but you learn a little bit more then what you bargined for....you'll have to read one to find out! Give her first one a try The Ritual Bath and you'll get introduced to Peter Decker, and the rest of the mystery.
