On the Twenty-Eighth day of June, Two Thousand and One, one of the most elite Graduating classes of Bluevale Collegiate Institute said their final fairwell to the five years that made each and every one of them, the unique people that they are today. The Graduating Class of 2001 was an extremely diverse class, with students who came from every corner of the globe. Thanks to the rich mosaic of cultures, this class embraced and supported the customs and beliefs of each and everyone of their peers. Imagine, if you will, a group of people, who all looked the same, acted the same, dressed the same, and had the same beliefs and morals...now picture a school where everyone can let loose and do or say anything without feeling uncomfortable....where everyone can confide in each other...where, no matter how different you are, it's all good, cause the respect between peers is so great. Bluevale can definitely be ranked as one of the most diverse schools in Waterloo. I know that in my life, I can experience many things, and meet many great people. But nothing can compare to the five years that I have had at Bluevale...and nobody can take the place of the people that I have spent those five years with. So to all of those in the Graduating Class of 2001, thanks for the memories, and for helping me become the person that I am today.
Coming soon in this section, Pictures from the 2001 Grad Formal, and the 2001 Graduation Commencement.
