1 lb ground beef
1/2 cp. chopped onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chili powder
1 can(10-3/4 oz) tomato soup
8 taco shells(hard or soft)
1 cp shredded cheddar cheese
1 cp shredded lettuce
1 cp chopped fresh tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
In fry pan brown ground beef, breaking up meat as you
stir, with onion, drain off fat. Add garlic and chili powder and
soup. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Place about 1/4 cup
meat mixture on each taco shell. Top with cheese, lettuce, and
tomatoes. (sour cream may be used as a topping as well) Roll up
if you are using soft shells and enjoy!
