Steven's 50th Birthday Quilt

Many thanks to Lisa (aka Skinny Minny) for her wonderful idea and endeavors to get this magnificent gift ready for Steven's birthday. It came out beautiful and Steven loved it.

We wanted to share this with everyone, and that is why we have dedicated this space to all of those who contributed to this piece of art.

SEPTEMBER ISSUE OF METALEDGE INTERVIEW

Metal Edge: I hear some fans sent you a special gift. Steven: The AeroForce One fan club got together and wanted to do something special for me. And because I'm married, of course, they couldn't do the obvious. And plus, 50 times? Please! They just got together and had people send in little sayings and swatches and they picked 50. When I got home two weeks ago and unrolled this gigantic quilt, which has got to be 8' X 8', I was so smitten. I couldn't believe it. It made me cry. It is so well done and there are such great sayings. It so incredibly moved me. I'm still at a loss.
