The trio have released three albums so far. Let's see what people think about their's ablum. After you read what them have to say, how about giving me your opinion.

911 Single

"There It Is" - released on 11st January 99
911 is the-well-established darling of Malaysian scence with the group's members themselves confirming that there is nowhere in the world where they have been as well received as they were in Malaysia, npt even in their native UK.
Its first ablums, The Journey and Moving On, spawned at least nine favourites with the cuts like Don't Make Me Wait, Love Sensation, Bodyshakin', All I Want IS You and other favourites. So, the fact that I think this ablum is boring will not stop it from being the highest-selling ablums of the year.
There It Is is a covers ablum. The problem isn't really with the selection of the songs, but that 911's producer have stuck faithfully to the original sound on every one thetracks. the renditions of songs like the Bee Gees's More Than A Woman, Rick Astley's Never Gonna Give You Up and Heatwave's Boogie Nights sound stale, especailly since 911 lacks the panache of the original singers. Even the rare attempts to infuse the misic with its own ideas, as with The Style Council's You're The Best Thing and The real Thing's Can't Get By Without You Fail to stop this this ablum from sounding like glorified karake session.

"Moving On" - released on 6th July 98
The title, Moving on says it all. Boy group 911 is determined to prove that it is no flash-in-the-pan and their latest ablum marks the a decent attempt to cross into a more adult stream. Gone are the smiling faces on the CD cover and inlay; what we have have are rather seriously looking and less boyish gentlemen with improved vocals and more polished harmonies. The title track is telling of the lads' evolution: "We're moving on in the one direction (sic)/ We're growing stronger with every passing day/ We're always remember all of our friends along the way."
What remains, as expected, is the group ability to out catchy choruses and smoothly-crafted ballads to keep royal churn fans happy. The songwords are stills as shallow as ever, but heck , no one buys a 911 ablum expecting profound material.
What's you'll be guaranteed here are radio-friendly ditties that one can continue tapping their feet to, oblivious to any emotional or finanical crisis that maybe looming nearby. So expect to see the mugs of Lee, jimmy and Spike gracing teenage girls' bedroom walls for a while more. The more shooty types who turn their noses up at the mere mention of boy groups might want to give this ablum a listen, wonders never cease, you know. Rating: 3 stars out of 5
