Lyn and Ed

Watch out for these two

Lyn and Ed....hum, where to start?.... Well I guess I should start off by saying that Lyn and Ed are great friends, great people, and they both have a great sense of humor. Usually whenever you see one of them, the other's not far behind.

Ok- Lyn (aka June Bug, Freakness, crackhead, ect) is an 19 year old female who is currently attending Syracuse University. She has one of the coolest cars in the world (Esperanza), loves drinking coffee and Dr Pepper, is a cast member of Abandoned Warehouse Theater (a tv show consisting of sketch comedy, it rocks!), and is a good friend. Her self-described special skill or talent is: "I can take my hair, tuck it in the neck of my shirt and make the ends of my hair come out my sleeves so it looks like I've never shaved my armpits. That's special, isn't it?" You can do what you want with that. Me and Lyn have had some great times: like riding to and from school in Esperanza (while imagining what we'd do if we were suddenly decapitated by an oncoming truck), hanging at Cafe Neo, listening to the Doors (one of Lyn's favorite bands) and Against All Authority (yelling as load as we can around turns in the road until we have no voice left), swimming in our clothes, and screaming our brains out where ever we go! I still can't remember how we first met and it's really pissing me off! I think it was a few summers ago. If i remember later I'll come back and type it in. (Sorry!~ It's like i went to sleep and woke up stupid! Everything's a blur!) Probably one of Lyn's best contributions to this world is her kick-ass Brak (from Cartoon Planet) impressions...afterall, Lyn was the one who introduced me to Brak. (thanx!) Lyn also is great friends with Johnny X (isn't everyone?) and they're actually related! (they found this out about a year ago---crazy, huh?)
Lyn is currently attending college at Syracuse University. I think she's going for communications or something, but I don't remember. What else can I say about Lyn? The times we spend together are just a big blur of fun! This summer we spent so much time just hanging out in "the cove" and listening to the bands play. She's had a huge impact on my life- she always encourages me to just be myself and she makes me want to fun. And not just the usual fun, you know, the type of fun that is so uninhibited and crazy that you don't even remember your name. I think I'm rubbing off on her a little too- she now owns a pair of plaid pants that have the 'punk princess stamp of approval'.

Well, i think that pretty much sums up Lyn. On to Ed.

Ed Goll (aka Edman, The Ruptured Duck, Crackhead, ect) born February 1, 1979, (yes, that means he's 19) is currently attending Johnson & Wales University. Although he is working as a chef in Ceasar's Palace casino in Atlantic City until the end of this year as a sort of internship-type thing. He enjoys hiking, poetry, drinking coffee, laughing, collecting Jolt bottles, ect. Some of his favorite things as stated by him are: "Fave Color-black, Fave Food-Cheese, Least Fave Food-legos, Fave Music/Groups/Singers You Enjoy-ALL participants of jams at Graham's, The Doors, The Misfits, Against All Authority, Bouncing Souls, De la soul, James Brown, Antiflag, L.E.S. Stiches, James Taylor, Motzart..." Are you starting to see some of the similarities between him and Lyn now...Coincidence?...I think not! Ed is the type of person who is perfect to just sit and hang with, and trust me Ed can give a massage like noboby's business! (ask anyone) I remember the time I first met Ed (sorry Lyn!)...It was me, Ed, Lyn (i told you), Sarah (i think), Johhny X, and Graham all at my house playing a killer game of monopoly. We had so much fun! Then he came into my study hall the next day and we hung out the whole time. Wow that was a while ago...and i knew Lyn even before that! Me and Ed have also had a lot of good times: like shaving his head all the time, riding in Kim's boat late at night, diners, the silent game, singing duets of "No Free Refills", hanging in the cove, ect. So many nights were spent in my basement having mad awesome jams and then running to get in the pool first. Although I didn't get to see Ed much this summer (because he's living in Atlantic City), when I did it was even crazier and more outragious than usual. And it usually always ended up with Ed picking me up and throwing me over is shoulder- from there he would carry me around until: 1)He got tired of me hitting his back 2)He threw me in the pool or 3)He found a sufficent spot to put me down in. Good times, good times. When asked what he wants to be Ed replied "a roamer, writer, and all around attractive guy,(and maybe a Grayhound bus driver). Well, in my opinion he's already all those things...ok, so maybe not the Grayhound bus driver. But, hey!, there's still time.
