Christine McVie

Born July 12, 1943 in Grenodd, Lancashire, England
Started taking piano lessons at the age of four -- however, she wasn't enjoying them, so her parents let her quit. When she was eleven, she decided to try again.
Her father wanted her to become a classical pianist -- but her older brother brought home a Fats Domino songbook and her interests turned to rock and roll.
Her maiden name was Perfect -- but even after she divorced John McVie, she kept her married name because she didn't like the name Perfect (Can anybody blame her??)
Created the cover for Fleetwood Mac's 1970 album Kiln House
Joined Fleetwood Mac in 1971
