Marty Balin's new album Freedom Flight (on Trove Records/Solid Discs) is out!! I like the album very much and it includes, e.g., a great new arrangement of his already classic Goddess. The first single Can't Forget the Night as well as A Part of Me and Until You are favorites of mine with hit potential. The album is a collaboration with producer/songwriter/musician Rich Landers.

Marty went on a short acoustic tour last spring (1997). This spring he has played both solo shows and shows with Jefferson Starship. He will of course particapate in the upcoming Jefferson Starship 1998 Summer Tour.
