[all about me]

Well, since you clicked on that button I guess you expect to find out a little bit about me. My name's Jared and I'm currently a junior in high school in Nashville, TN. Programming HTML has been a hobby of mine for a while so I thought I'd try out a web page and this is the result. I am the computer editor for the school yearbook, and also like to read (my favorite author right now is Fyodor Dostoevsky), setup and run sound equipment for my church and school, make videos (me and one of my friend's films got second place for our age group in the Nashville Independent Film Festival), and...come to think of it that takes up most of my time. Some other musicians I like are R.E.M., Radiohead, Counting Crows, Eric Clapton, Bob Marley and The Wailers, Garth Brooks (hey, I live in Nashville, you have to like a little country to survive), and believe it or not Frank Sinatra. I also play tennis (which at my school doesn't really count as a sport, just an easy way to earn an athletic credit). I think we beat one team by forfeit last year, the rest stomped us, but from the way we celebrated you would have thought we'd won the U.S. Open.
