Thursday Morning
Allie was running late to pick up her cousin from the airport...She looked at her watch "dammit I was supposed to pick up Nick 10 minutes ago." She searched through her napsack to find her cell and jumped when it started to ring. She saw Nick's number on the screen "I am on my way Nick" she yelled into the phone and hung up.
Howie stood looking at the phone, smiled and tuned to Nick "Allie is on her way." Howie had been at Nick's shooting hoops and wanted to surprise Allie when she came to pick Nick up. They had not been able to spend a lot of time together due to their conflicting schedules, the dinner that the girls had planned for he and AJ was postponed until tomorrow and it would now include Alexa and Nick.

Chia was at work when her boss called her into his office. "Chia you are doing a fantastic job and the senior partners and I have decided that when you graduate we would like to promote you to Securities Trader, and we would like you to move to London to head up the Securities Group at our head office."
Chia's mouth dropped. "Mr Kelman I appreciate your faith in me but I am only 23 years old and I will only be graduating next month, don't you want someone who has more experience?"
"We have someone with experience and I must admit he is boring and stuffy, we need some fresh air breathed into that office, you are young, energetic and brilliant. You are perfect for the job."
"Oh my god this is all happening so fast, can I talk it over with my sister, and get back to you."
"We need to know by Monday morning, so take the weekend and think it over."
"Thank you" Chia mumbled and walked out of the office in a daze. Her boss had just offered her a $300,000 a year job, which included moving to London and she didn't know what to say. "Oh my god I have got to call Allie."

Allie squealed her tires as she pulled into Nick's laneway and honked the horn. She smiled when she saw Nick run out of the house followed by Howie.
"Hey you" Allie smiled as Howie walked over to her window and kissed her.
"Well I was beginning to forget what you looked like.' Howie teased.
"I am really sorry I have been ignoring you, it's just with work and school and trying to get mom and dad's affairs in order, by the time I get home all I want to do is crawl into bed."
"Don't apoligize, I know you are busy, that's why if you don't mind I would like to tag along so that I can spend some time with you." Howie asked shyly.
"Jump in tiger, but buckle up cuz it is going to be a bumpy ride." Allie winked at Howie and looked at nick in her rearview mirror. "You all right back there Nicky?"
"Yep, now move your ass we are late."
Allie smiled and put her cherokee in reverse and gunned it out of the laneway.
"Holy shit" Howie screamed.
"You aint seen nothing yet" Allie stuck out her tongue and grinned.

Chia was at home in the tub when she heard the doorbell."Who the hell can that be?" Chia was going over in her mind the pros and cons of taking the job and right now she had more cons.
She wrapped a towel around her body and ran downstairs.
She smiled when she saw AJ standing at the front door. She flung herself into his arms and kissed him.
"Well hello to you too!" AJ grinned.
"AJ I got some wonderful news today."
"What is it baby?"
"My boss wants me to take over the Securities Portfolio at work after graduation."
"Baby I am so proud of you" AJ kissed his girlfriend.
"There is one catch though" Chia said quietly
"What?"
"The job is in London."
AJ's mouth dropped. "London, as in England?"
"Yes.."
"Wow that is so far away, but Chia this is an opportunity of a lifetime and you can't turn it down."
" I know but how can I leave you and oh my god how could I leave Allie alone."
"Baby, I will be leaving next month for our tour, so don't let me hold
you
back, but Allie is another story, you guys are so close and I can't
imagine
what she is going to say." AJ looked at Chia who's face showed the
confusion
she was feeling.
