Everyone made their way to Club 221 for the after party, but when Chia and Allie walked in, they saw balloons, and sparkling lights waiting for them.
"Happy Birthday" Everyone shouted.
"Baby, you did this for me?" Allie asked Howie..
"Happy 24th birthday Sweet Pea"

Allie and Chia and their guests danced well into the morning. The boys got up and sang Happy Birthday to the girls and later Howie and AJ jumped out of the cake wearing only boxers and holding balloons.
The party started to break up around 5 am and before they left Nick pulled Allie aside and gave her, her present. "Nicky it is beautiful.." Allie stared at the gold band, it had 2 faces close together almost whispering and the inscription read "To the one who owns my soul..Love Nicky"
Allie started to cry and hugged Nick, "Nick I will wear it always, but you need one, it can't be a friendship ring without the other friend wearing one..I will get you one tomorrow." Allie hugged Nick.
Nick whispered "How can I ever thank you for tonight, how did you know that was what I needed?"
"Beacuse I listen when you spill your heart out to me...you are a special man Nicky and I hope you can find someone to make you happy" Allie kissed Nick's cheek and walked away.
"I have found someone..I have found you" Nick muttered.

Howie and Allie, Chia and AJ shared the limo driving back to the hotel. The 2 couples said little as they drove.
When they arrived back at the hotel they said goodnight and AJ and Chia went up to AJ's room and Howie and Allie stayed in the limo saying goodnight."
"Howie I can't thank you enough for tonight"
"Baby I did it because I love you and I will spend the last breath in my body making you happy. What you did for Nick tonight just confirmed what I already knew about you, youa re the most caring and sincere person I know..I want to give you your present and I want you to remember the conversation we had yesterday.." Howie pulled out the green velvet box and Allie looked at him unsure of what was about to take place.
She opened the box and gasped when she saw what was in it. There were 2 claduagh rings sitting side by side with the crowns facing up.
Howie reached and slipped the ring on Allie's left finger with the crown up and then slipped the larger ring on his finger with the crown up.
"Allie I want the world to know I love you, I am not proposing marriage but I want us to wear these rings and show everyone we are together."
Allie reached across the seat and drew Howie in for a kiss.

Chia and AJ were getting ready for bed when AJ remembered he had not given Chia her gift. He fished around in his pants and found the small box.
Chia was lying in bed when AJ returned. He pulled back the covers and lay down beside Chia. He pulled her over to him and played with her red curs that were splayed across his chest. "Happy Birthday Monkey" AJ whispered as he ran his fingers up and down Chia's arm. He handed her the present and she sat up to open it.
"Oh AJ it is beautiful, will you put in on for me?" Chia held out the long chain with the small compass hanging from it.
AJ kissed her neck and clasped the chain. "Baby it is a compass, no
matter
where you and I are, just point this compass in the direction of the
sun and
it will take you to where the water meets the sun, our little piece of
eternity.." AJ kissed Chia and the 2 fell back into bed and made love.
