Allie was getting her hair done at Fredrick Feccai in New York City when Drew walked in. He walked up behind her and threw his arms around her.
Allie couldn't move, as the stylist was pinning up her hair, so instead she looked at Drew in the mirror. "Hey You, aren't you supposed to be doing an interview with MTV?" Allie asked, always business oriented.
Drew winked "Don't worry, Fussy Britches, it is over. I just popped in to tell you that Rob our limo driver is outside waiting for you. I will meet you back at the hotel, we have to leave at 5.." Drew kissed her cheek and was out the door.
"Is that your boyfriend, " the stylist asked starstruck.
"No, he is my client and a close friend." Allie replied.
"That's right, you are dating that Backstreet boy, Howie right?" the girl asked excitedly.
"I was dating Howie, we ended our relationship a couple of days ago.." Allie felt the familiar lump lodge itself in her throat as she talked about Howie.
"I am so sorry, I just remembered the interview with you and him on ET. You guys looked so happy.."
"We were, could you possibly let some more curls down at the back." Allie asked changing the subject.

Chia was helping AJ fix his tie "Dammit why can't I ever get them to stay even" AJ screamed.
"AJ stay still, the more you fuss the more it slips" Chia said exasperated.
Chia hadn't mentioned anything about Allie attending to the guys, she knew that if she did, AJ would go ballistic and Howie would probably stay home, she couldn't wait to see her, though she was still upset that Allie would show up with Drew.
"There tiger, you are done" Chia slapped AJ's ass with a grin and went to get into her dress.

"Polly thanks again for coming with me, I don't think I could face the media without you" Howie hugged his sister. "I know that when I show up with without Allie that everyone is going to jump to conclusions and ask me where she is, God I don't even want to go." Howie couldn't imagine not having Allie beside him, smiling and silently offering words of encouragment to him from the audience.

Nick was waiting for Mandy Moore to arrive so that he could meet the rest of the gang downstairs. The web had been alive with rumors that the 2 young stars were dating, but Nick only saw her as a friend and since they were touring together he figured they might as well go together. He had wanted to ask Allie to go but he knew he would hurt Howie if he did.

"Allie you look wonderful" Drew smiled as Allie opened the door to her suite. He held out his hand and she took it..
"I am ready when you are" she winked and the 2 walked hand in hand to
the
waiting limo.
