"Hi baby, I have to work late.Clint decided to call a meeting and have us make a decision on the new mascot. Dinner is in the freezer, just defrost it and make sure you give Molly her pill with her meal. I love you baby" Kim Ann left the message on the machine and then hung up the phone and glanced at the framed picture that sat on her desk. It was taken last year at the twins 5th birthday. Alex was grinning with the same mischievious grin that Nick wore, Molly was peering shyly at the camera and holding onto Kim Ann's hand. It was a beautiful picture and they looked like the picture perfect young, happy family. Kim Ann ran her fingers through her newly cut, short hair and turned her attention back to her work.

"Skylar, what the hell is your problem?" Kevin threw up his arms in frustration and stormed out of the house. Skylar had been very moody and Kevin was having a hard time dealing with it. They had now been married for 7 years and had 5 beautiful children with the 6th one on the way. They were usually very happy but lately Sklyar had been distant and cranky towards him and Kevin was hurt by it as he was only used to Skylar showering him with love and admiration.

"Hi Hun..how is the recording session going?" Jessi tossed aside the gallows from her latest novel and concentrated on what her husband was telling her. "That is great baby, how about you and I meet at Chez Herve at 6 tonight. I really don't feel like cooking tonight..See you then, I love you too" Jessi smiled and hung up the phone. She and Howie would be celebrating their 5th wedding anniversary in a week and she was trying to figure out what to give him for their anniversary. She reached for the travel catalogue and started to research cruises.

"Molly will you please take your pill, your sore throat won't stop hurting if you don't take it" Nick was pleading with his daughter to take her antibiotics. He looked at AJ for support. "Hey buddy do you think you can help me out here?" he smiled at his son.
"Molly if you take your pill I will let you play my play station" AJ's face broke into a huge grin when his twin sister took the pill from his dad's big hand and swallowed it.
Nick smiled at his blonde haired son "Thanks buddy I owe you"
"I know, you can buy me a new game to say thanks"
Nick ruffled Alex's hair. He had never wanted to be a father but when Kim Ann had given birth to the twins a whole new feeling came over him and he had fallen madly in love with his kids. He loved playing basketball and sports with Alex and playing tea party with Molly. There was no greater feeling then when the twins were crouched over their desks working on homework from kindergarten and he would help them and their faces would break into admiration and they would smother him with hugs and kisses. He loved the days when Kim Ann worked late and he would tuck the kids into bed, sitting on Molly's bed, brushing her long blonde curls while she talked about her day. He loved his girlfriend and his children tremendously and he knew that AJ and Molly were watching over them from heaven and helping them guide their namesakes down the right road.
"Okay buddies momma is not home and she will never know..all in favour of
having ice cream for dessert raise your hands" Nick laughed when the twins
raised their hands "I knew I raised you right"
