"I don't want Mr Carter in this room, do you hear me?" Kevin ordered the nurse. "I don't care what he tells you or how much money he offers you he is not to see Ms Hearty." Kevin and Howie had spent the majority of the evening talking about how they were going to handle the situation and threats from Nick. They had not included kim Ann in on their plans but as long as she was safe and could be Kevin they doubted she would mind.

"What do you mean I can't go and see her, she is my girlfriend, these are our children, they want to see their mother" Nick screamed at the orderly and the nurse who had stopped him before he could enter Kim Ann's room.
"Sir we are under direct orders not to allow you in her room, the children can go in but I am afriad you will have to stay behind." The nurse bent down to talk to the twins "Would you like to come with me to see your mommy?"
Molly looked at her father and held out her hand to the nurse. Alex waited and then when Nick nodded that it was alright to go he took the woman's hand as well.
"You just signed your kids away Kim Ann, you stupid stupid bitch" Nick sneered.

"MOMMA!!!" Alex and Molly ran towards Kim Ann's bed and climbed into it beside her. "we miss you momma" the two blonde children hugged and kissed their mother.
"I have missed you both so much, where is daddy?" Kim Ann looked around for Nick. "The mean nurse won't let him see you, momma can I have a sip of that juice" Alex pointed to the orange juice that was sitting on Kim Ann's table.
"Of course you can, why don't you and Molly go down the hall and get a granola bar to share. Uncle Howie will you take them please?"
Howie took their hands and they walked into the hallway, trying to avoid being seen by Nick who was on his cell phone, facing the wall, deep in conversation.
"Kev what is going on, why won't they let Nick in" Kim Ann started to cry "Please tell me you didn't have anything to do with this, he is going to be furious"
"My love we had to, we had to keep him away from you" Kevin tried to hug Kim Ann to calm her down. She fought with him.
"You can't do this, he will take the twins away, Kevin please go out and tell them there has been a mistake, if you love me you will do this. They are my life, I can't piss him off" Kim Ann lookd up at Kevin with fear in her eyes "Please Kevin, please do this for me"
"Are you sure you want to do this, we can continue on with our plan, it will work" Kevin eyed Kim Ann and tried to make her change her mind.
"Kevin I will deal with this, it's my life not yours, now go and get him" Kim Ann snapped.

"Nick...she wants to see you" Kevin tapped Nick's shoulder.
"So the bitch has come to her senses, good, that was my attorney and he is positive we have a strong, near non penetratable case" Nick leered at Kevin. "You wait out here, I want some time with my girlfriend"
Kevin watched Nick walk into the hospital room and sat down in the chair crying "Chipper he is going to devstate her, please watch out for her. Bone I need you now more then ever" Kevin started to cry and buried his head in his hands.

Kim Ann was wiping the tears from her eyes and fixing her hair when Nick walked in. "Hi Nick" Kim Ann tried to be sincere in her greeting "It wasn't my idea..the whole hallway thing, it wasn't my idea..please believe me" Kim Ann started to cry.
Nick looked at her with disgust "Jesus getting pregnant with Howie's kid really fucked you up huh? You never ever begged before, god you are so pathetic now, knocked up and pathetic."
Nick sat down beside her "You do know you are playing with fire right? You do know that you will lose this little game. I will get the twins and I will ruin you, I will run to every media outlet with your tale of adultery. By the time I get through with you and Kevin neither one of you will be able to show your face, and you will be without the two things you need the most, the twins"
"Nicky I am sorry, I promise you that it won't happen again"
"That's a good girl, give your loving boyfriend a kiss" Nick bent down and grabbed her face roughly, pressing his lips hard on hers. He forced her mouth open and shoved his tongue in her mouth, while grabbing her breasts. "That should tide you over till your lover can take care of you. Tell me Kim Ann do you let him touch you and fuck you while you are pregnant? I am just curious because you never let me touch you while you were pregnant with the twins." Nick turned to walk out of the room and looked over his shoulder " Take a shower and do something with your hair, you have let yourself go, you are much too fine a peice of ass to look so shitty" and he walked out of the room, leaving Kim Ann clinging to her pillow and crying.
He walked by Kevin who was pacing the halls "She's all yours, don't ride her
too hard, I don't want her to be too worn when I get her back" and he walked
off in search of his children.
