"I want to propose a toast" Kevin clinked his glass with his fork to get everyone's attention. "To everyone who worked so hard to make the tour as sucessful and as fun as it was, thank you from all of us, we just sang the words, you made the excitement happen. I hope that everyone has a great month off and I know that I look forward to working with you all on the next tour" Kevin raised his orange juice as everyone raised theirs.
Molly sipped her orange juice slowly as she watched everyone eating, drinking and laughing. Although she had once been part of the family she now felt like an outsider. She felt someone squeeze her leg and she looked up to see AJ's comforting smile staring at her. He tilted his head and raised his eyebrow, as if to ask her if she was alright. Molly nodded her head and took a bite of her fruit salad.
"God Chipper why can't you just slurp down that bowl of fruit? I am so worried that you rushed your recovery too fast, I am so worried that you tricked yourself and everyone around you into believing that you were healthy." Alex watched his girlfriend pick slowly through her plate of food and looked up to see his mom watching Molly as well. He smiled at Denise and bent his head.

"I hope I look alright" Nik ran her fingers through her long blonde hair and perched her sunglasses on top of her head. She stuck her finger in her gloss pot and ran them over her dry lips. The sun and humidity had dried out her lips to the cracking stage. She paid the driver and as she stepped out in front of the resteraunt she straightened her dress and took a deep breath, talking to herself, willing herself to have the strength to continue on the steps in her plan. She opened the door and was amazed when she heard all the different voices and saw all the people that filled the room. She scanned the crowd and smiled when she saw Nick waving to her. "Here goes nothing" she said under her breath as she walked across the room to meet him.
"You look great Nik...I saved you a seat beside me." Nick pushed her chair in for her and waited for her to get settled before he made the introductions. "This is my band mate Kevin, his wife Skylar and their daughter Hannah"
"So nice to meet you, and what a beautiful child." Nik smiled at the stunning family and shifted her gaze to Molly and AJ.
"This is AJ and his girlfriend Chipper, I mean Molly." Nick grinned when he saw Molly's annoyed expression.
"Hi Nik, it is nice to meet you" Molly extended her hand and waited for Nik to shake it.
"My best friend Brian is running late but he will be here soon, this is Howie and his um, his friend Jessi" Nick stumbled, uncomfortably, not knowing how to introduce Jessi.
"Please excuse me if I draw a blank in five seconds, my mind is horrible" Nik smiled at the pair.

" I am from Jamestown New York, I just moved here to attend college. The University of Florida has an incredible Business Administration program and I anxious to start."
"So your family still lives there then?" Molly asked.
Nik cleared her throat and tried to answer the question without hesitating "Um it is just me, my 10 year old sister and my mother, and they are still living there." Nik looked at the blonde man sitting beside her " They wouldn't have to continue living in that run down house if your father hadn't been such a prick and a coward all those years ago" Nik thought bitterly.

AJ saw Molly run her fingers over her temple and start to massage her head. "Baby are you alright?" he whispered, worried.
"I am fine, I think the excitement of the last 24 hours is just catching up to me. I am going to go back to your house and lie down for a while"
"Well I will go with you" AJ started to get up until she put her hand on his arm and pulled him back into his chair.
"Alex I am fine, you stay here, this is tradition and I will horrible knowing that you missed this, besides I am just going to take a warm bath and crawl into bed. I will be fine." Molly ran her hands up his thighs and smiled "trust me I will be fine."
AJ handed her the keys "Please be careful driving home and promise me that if it gets too bad you will call me, promise me baby"
"Alex you worry far too much about me, now have fun and don't drink too much" Molly kissed him quickly and waved goodbye to everyone.
"Was she alright Bone?" Howie asked.
"She has a headache, I think there was just too much excitement for her and she felt overwhelmed. She is going to go home and sleep it off."

Molly drove home slowly as not to drive off the road. She massaged her temple with one hand as the other steered the car. She pulled into AJ's driveway and quickly unlocked the door and ignoring the dogs' whines to go outside she swept past them and ran upstairs to the spare bedroom that was at the back of the house. AJ's room got too much sun from the big picture windows, where as the spare room was in the shade. She crawled under the covers and she didn't even remember her head hitting the pillows before she was asleep.

"Thanks for dropping me off mom, yes I will call you and let you know how
Molly is" AJ waved goodbye to his mother as he opened the door to his house.
He was greeted by his two dogs whining. "Come on girls I will put you out"
AJ opened the door and set the two dogs free into the fenced backyard. He
stopped long enough to take off his shoes and then proceeded to walk
upstairs to his bedroom. He was surprised not to see her in his bed. He
walked into the bathroom remembering that she had wanted to take a bath but
frowned when he didn't see her. He heard soft snoring from the spare bedroom
and smiled when he saw Molly curled up in bed, clutching her pillow. "Feel
better soon Baby" AJ smoothed her hair from her forehead and kissed her . He
stood in the doorway and watched her sleep, amazed that she was in his life.
