"Wow that wasn't what I expected you to say, actually I expected you to slap me" Howie said shyly after the two seperated from their kiss.
"You have no idea how many times during the tour I wanted to kiss you. There were nights where I would walk to my bunk after working late into the night and see you sleeping, you looked so peaceful and I wanted to kiss you" Molly confessed.
"Why didn't you?"
"Because I needed to hear your apology, I needed to make sure that you had changed. To be honest I knew you had changed the day you ran after me, the concern on your face was something I had never seen during high school. It was then that I allowed myself to fall for you and start respecting you as a man" Molly touched Howie's hands which were holding her face and nuzzled her face deeper into his palms.
"Molly I want this. I want to start a relationship with you" Howie's thumbs ran lightly over her jaw and round face.
"So do I..How do we explain it to the guys? How do we tell them that we have gone from mortal enemies to lovers?"
"They will take one look at our happy faces and they will know," Howie drew her in close for another kiss.

"Hey.....which hootchie is this? Andie, hey doll I am bored and want to go shopping, do you and some of the other hootchies want to join me?" AJ hung up the phone after making arrangements and tried not to look at the picture on his wall "God Chipper why did you choose him, he spent four years tormenting you and hurting you, I have spent eight months loving you and protecting you, what more could I have done?"

Molly and Howie had made plans to go out for dinner and then for a walk on the beach. Molly was on her way back to Skylar's house when she thought she would call AJ to ask him if he wanted to go shopping with her. She had hung up with him and was very disappointed. He had apparently made plans with a bunch of the girls. Molly pulled into the laneway and saw Nick's Durango and ran inside to see him.
"Hey Chipper" Nick poked her side and smiled.
"Hey Nicky, I am surprised you pulled yourself away from Crissy long enough to come and visit me" Molly teased.
"Her and some of the other girls are going shopping with Bone, I hate shopping so I told her I would hook up with her after. That Andie girl wants AJ so bad and to be honest I think he is turned on by her raunchy mouth and her outspokeness. I would not doubt that they hook up tonight" Nick grinned.
Molly felt a twang of jealousy as Nick talked about AJ and Andie. "Come on Molly, you have Howie, you care for AJ only as a friend." Molly scolded herself.
"They are definately well suited, that’s for sure. So to what do we owe the pleasure of your visit?"
"Well I drove by D's and I saw your rental car out front and I figured that I would come here and wait for the cop's to arrest you for murder. I figured if it was a chick cop that I could sweet talk her and get your bail lowered" Nick winked at an amused Molly.
"Haha..If you must know Howie and I had a long talk. Everything is fine now" Molly said, not going into details with how well thinks actually were going between the two.
"You mean no more World War Backstreet Boy vs. Tour Manager? Thank God. Well since Skylar and Kevin are gone and you and I are the only ones with no plans, do you want to spend the afternoon with me....I won't bite...unless you want me to," Nick laughed.
"Well actually I heard that you have a very nice boat..how about taking me for a ride sailor" Molly teased.
"I will give you a ride you won't soon forget baby, now let's go" Nick waited as Molly ran up to get changed and the two took off.

"So baby, how do you think the talk went with Howie and Molly?" Kevin asked Skylar as the two stopped and took a break from shopping.
Skylar sipped her water "I bet that the two of them have made peace and that they are presently making up for lost time"
"No way...I say Molly slapped him and that she is now in Bone's arms giving into the desires that they have been surpressing since the start of the tour" Kevin held out his hand "wanna bet?"
"Ok, I bet you a dinner with the hootchies that Molly and Howie are now a couple"
"Dinner with the hootchies? You mean I have to cook for them all?" Kevin grimaced "Alright you are on" "Well I say start up the BBQ baby because here comes AJ and the hootchies and Molly is no where in sight." Skylar grinned.
"Not so fast, maybe AJ wore her out and she is at home recupperating." Kevin waved to AJ to come over.
"Hey Bone...I see you are teaching the hootchies the fine art of blowing money"
"Yes and they all promised to show me the fine art of getting blown...well except for Crissy who has that appointment with young Nick." AJ grinned as Crissy turned red.
"Where's Molly?"
"She was on her way to talk to Howie when Jenn and I ran into her, I think that she and Howie have some serious pent up feelings, did you see him at the party, all of us hootchies are throwing ourselves at him and he is watching Molly." Jessi explained.
"Yeah and damn, we were really looking forward to a Sweet D Smorgasborg" Lisa muttered.
Kevin watched AJ frown as the girls went on with the teasing about Molly and Howie. "you okay Bone?"
"Hell yeah, I am with all these hootchies what man wouldn't be fine? Well I would love to stay and gossip about Chipper and D but we have some more stores to hit...ready ladies?"
"Um not so fast..Hootchies you are all invited to dinner tonigh, Kevin has so graciously offered to be our chef for the evening...around 7 okay?" Skylar was grinning as she watched Kevin's exassperated face.
"We'll bring the booze" Andie yelled.
"And we don’t need dessert, the Backstret Boys will do us just fine, I am sure they are FINGER LICKIN GOOD" Elaine said.
"Goodbye ladies..bye Bone" Kevin and Skylar watched the group walk off and then Kevin turned to his very amused fiance... "Do you hate me that much? This is going to be pure torture"
"I feel for you baby, really I do, but a bet is a bet. Now get that gorgeous ass of yours over to grocery store, you have a meal to prepare."
"Aren't you coming with me?" Kevin asked.
"Hell no, I am a hootchie too, I am going home and curling up on the patio
with a good book, oh and that reminds me on the way home can you stop and
get me some lemonaide." Skylar grinned and kissed Kevin "See you in a bit
baby, I can’t wait to try the fabulous meal you are cooking"
" I will get her and all the rest of the hootchies" Kevin said with an evil
grin.
