"Nick this boat is gorgeaus...Now that I have seen Orlando from a boat I think it is the only way to truly appreciate the beauty of it. Thank you for taking me out" Molly smiled at Nick who was steering the boat.
Nick beamed "You are welcome, this is the only place that I feel complety safe and alone. I come out here alot to think. Hey Molly, can I ask you something?"
Molly lifted her head from the towel that she has spread out on the deck and looked at Nick "sure Frack...what's up?
"What exactly is going on between you and Howie and you and AJ?"
"What do you mean, I am their friend and their road manager, why?"
Nick stopped the boat and dropped anchor. He sat down beside Molly "Molly I know that you and Howie have a past. I know that because I heard you guys arguing at the part the other night, eveyone heard you. You can tell me anything, I won't tell anyone"
Molly sat up "Nick it is a long and very hurtful and painful story, let's sum it up by saying, in high school Howie was cruel to me, I was hurt by his words, I lost alot of weight, became bulemic and now am a recovering one. Howie and I have talked and we admitted that we come to have feelings for one another and we are going to work on those feelings." Molly smiled.
"You and D.....a couple...holy shit"
"We aren't a couple yet, but hopefully one day we will be. Now what is your question about AJ? Why would you think there was anything going on between the two of us?"
"Come on Chipper, I shared a bus with you two remember. I have seen the tender looks, the way you guys flirt."
"Nick that is called friendship. I love Alex , just like I love the rest of you, but as friends and little brothers. AJ knows me better than almost anyone and I love him for that, he can pull me out of a funk just by smiling at me, for that reason I love him and most of all he makes me feel good about myself and for that reason he is my best friend. Trust me the only feelings I have for AJ are those of friendly love."
" I know you don't look at me or the rest of the fellas like you do to AJ, I know that you don't flirt like that with me.....hell if you did I would be on permanent erection" Nick laughed as Molly blushed. "I think that's my phone....where did I put it?"
"Is this it?" Molly held up the phone that was under the chair. "Really Nick you need to learn to take better care of your stuff, now I know why AJ is so frustrated with sharing a bus with you, you have earned the name KAOS." Nick flashed her the finger as he answered the phone. He was laughing when he hung up.
"What was that all about?" Molly asked.
"You are expected back at the house, it appears that Kev lost a bet about you and AJ and now he has to cook dinner for all the hootchies....I need to get you back" Nick was pulling up the anchor when he stopped and looked at Molly "We are cool right? I mean there is nothing else you need to talk about cuz you know even though I am young I am a good listener, you can come and talk to me anytime"
Molly smiled and rufled his hair "I am fine, but thank you for your concern and for this wonderful afternoon"
Nick grinned as he thought of what the guys had planned for the hootchies.
