EFFECT:
You borrow a normal bill from a spectator and rub it on your shirt to build an electric charge. Then you crumble up the bill and make it float!
MY THOUGHTS:
Cool trick to do and probably the most finest close up trick around but if you have brains you don't need to pay money for it. You can just make it yourself.
