This very collectable promotional bootleg CD comes in a nice black & white
fold-out cover. Like volume one of Slice, this is another promotional CD
featuring various artists. Among them are The Doors with a well-known
track copied from the official Dance On Fire video. Good, exciting
version, but I doubt there is anyone who does not have this version on one
or the other tape, video, CD or vinyl record. Needless to say that this
is just for the die-hard Doors collectors.

This sampler is interesting and worth the money. It contains 28 (!) tracks
(Bruce Springsteen, Joy Division, Beach Boys, Ramones ... ) of very
different musical styles. One of the nicest samplers I've ever heard,
although each individual track might not be rare among fans. Gloria from
In Concert is not considered as being a rare track among Doors fans, but
the great version of Emerson, Lake And Palmer's Lucky Man sure is. The CD
came along with a catalogue of Aulica CDs.

This sounds like Live Aid for the cigarettes called Chesterfield. Audience
noise makes the impression of a big all-star concert. Nice to listen to

This compilation was made for promoting an Italian Wine, Abbaye de
Bonne-Esp‚rance. So they took an average recording of Light My Fire, put
it together with some other material and gave it away for free. If the
wine is as average as the recording, they definitely need a better
promotion.

Pretty good soundquality on this compilation, I must admit. I like it for

Eddie's performance with The Doors made him popular among Doors fans.
Although his singing was not good at all, and although the Doors sometimes
sound like a lousy second hand tribute band because of Ray's awful
keyboard-sound, this CD is interesting. It makes you feel The Doors should
never do a reunion tour, especially not with Eddie Vedder on vocals. It
would ruin the legend.
