PLOT: A mad scientist (Jim Duffy) plans to use disco music to take over the world, but a mysterious murder may lead to his undoing. A dinner theater murder mystery/comedy.

HISTORY: Encouraged by fellow "Mousetrap" cast members, I auditioned for a dinner theater show in Corning. I was cast alongside "Mousetrap" co-stars Mike, Amy, and Ellen, as well as former high school art teacher Jim Duffy. I landed the role of secret agent Dylan Wanker.
The show was performed on the second floor of the newly-opened Fat Cats restaurant, coincidentally on the same street as my current place of employment, and in the same city where I live, making rehearsal and performance attendance a breeze.
Being a dinner theater show, the audience was seated at tables, food was served before the show and during intermission. Our characters would roam the room, spontaneously interacting with the audience, before (and sometimes during) the show. It's also my third stage production(out of thirty-three thus far) that I got paid for.
Across the six consecutive Friday performances, there was a variety of fellow actors that appeared onstage as additional dancers (or wanna-be dancers) during one or more shows. For each performance, prizes were given for what audience member wore the best disco outfit or gave the best (or weirdest) answers about who the killer in the play was.
The show received a huge amount of publicity that included newspaper articles in the Elmira Star-Gazzette and Corning Leader (each with two photos that included me in them), a local radio ad starring the entire cast, and mentions in community bulletin PSA's that aired on local TV.
