PLOT: A woman is dead, and a murderer is looking for two more victims. Can the detective figure out which of the six people in Monkswell Manor is the killer? A mystery drama, based on a book.

HISTORY: On 25 September 1997, I appeared onstage as Christopher Wren in a Corning Vintage Theater production of "The Mousetrap". Almost eight years later, I was cast in an Elmira Little Theater version of the same play, in the same role.
This new production had a black-and-white film-noir look to it, and contained music (and a prologue involving the usually-unseen Maureen Lyon character) that was exclusive to this production. This was the first Elmira Little Theater show to have its own soundtrack album, containing music composed by Will Wickam.
Cast alongside me were some familiar faces from past plays: Irving Cook from "Noises Off", Mike Carson and Kate Puccio from "Bells are Ringing", and Don Lerario from "Ten Little Indians". The director, Mike Lavarnway, appeared with me in "Funny Girl".
The show coincided with Elmira Little Theater's 60th Anniversary gala, which gained it much local exposure. As a result, a publicity photo of me with Ellen Boyd appeared on the May 12 front cover of Elmira's Star-Gazette newspaper, and on the front of its weekly entertainment section. My performance was well-received, and the post-show well-wishers from my theatrical past made it clear that I was, indeed, back in the world of community plays.
