PAMELA SUSAN COURSON MORRISON

Jim Morrison referred to Pamela as his "Cosmic Mate".

Pamela Susan Courson was born in the Northern California town of Weed. Shortly thereafter her family made a move to Southern California, settling into the town of Orange, situated in the heart of conservative Orange County.
Pam never seemed to fit in. She preferred to do her own thing always and her eccentric ways distanced her from her peers.
At the end of high school she headed for Los Angeles where she finally found a place where she "fit in".
It was shortly after that move that Pamela met Jim Morrison in 1966 at a club on the Sunset Strip called "The London Fog".
Thus began their rocky romance.
