Warriors of the Month
Warrior of the month -
Joe Smith - The Warriors had a decent month in December thanks to Joe, in the fifteen or so games w/out Spree he put up some good numbers (eighteen ppg and 9 rpg) and is finally realizing it is the final year of his contract. No matter what happens to Joe by the Trade deadline, I'm happy to see him playing almost up to his potential, He was the number 1 pick and for the first time Spree is giving him the chance to play like it, thanks Spree. Yeah I know Spree ain't here no more, good riddance, look how your boy is playin now. Makes you kind of think if we had a good point guard dishin it down low or shooting up the New Arena, LIKE TIMMY where we would be right now.
Honorable mention - Muggsy Bogues Again, yeah I'm playing favorites but do you think that I care, he did a hell of a job as a backup and gets the sixth man award for the month.
Warrior Rookie of the Month-
Adonal Foyle - I repeat, are there any other rookies on the team, I don't know. But I guess his 2 minutes a game qualifies him for the award.
Dino's Column of the Month
Well folks the Warriors went 6 and 8 for the month and look really good doing it, this might have been a turn around if they didn't drop four straight before I typed this. You also have toremember two of those were against the Nuggets, do we really want to count those. I'll write more later, not like anyone is going to read this.
