! IMPORTANT !

There are a few things that you will have to replace on the HTML code so that it works on your page. Make sure you do it correctly or else it won't work. Make sure you :

1. REPLACE where it says "___your_site_id_here___" (Without the speech marks) with your unique site ID number.

2. REPLACE where it says "__your_name_here___" (Without the speech marks) with your name.

3. REPLACE where it says "__your_email_address_here__" (And again, without the speech marks) with your E-Mail address.
