Please come in for a debriefing session at your earliest convenience. You're not seeing the whole picture of this Marilyn Manson phenomenon. Actually, We have been watching Mr. Manson with great interest for quite some time, since before his birth in fact. I can't speak about the extent to which we may or may not have intervened in his life at any point...well, I guess I could tell you that, but then I'd have to kill you :D Just know that all has been planned in advance for him to be the most pivotal and influencial figure of late-20th-century pop culture in these final years of the millennium. Since you were around in the 60's, think about the mass effect the Beatles had. But the "all you need is love" days are in the past now...that was the calm before the storm, the eye of the hurricane. It's time for world-wide apocalypse. "Marilyn Manson will be the house band for Armageddon," in their own words. All is going according to The Plan.

What's so important and different about MM, you may ask. The short answer is that somebody has to do it, and Mr. Manson is the best candidate, the time is right, the tools and technology are available. Weren't you up front at one of those shows like we asked you to be? We wanted you to observe the way he whips up all that energy from the crowd, takes it into himself with such intensity that he practically spins himself out of this dimension, right out to that point of chaos at the edge of the Abyss, and then flings it all back at the audience, magnified and transformed into a force that either holds them spellbound or sends them into a screaming, moshing frenzy. You were supposed to study this at various distances from the stage, get into his head, see what he sees, feel what he feels as thousands have their eyes on him, screaming his name. You were supposed to figure out if he knows what he's doing with this power, and to what extent he's aware of his role in The Plan. Then you were supposed to have one of your future visions and write up a report as to what we can expect on 2/14/97. This will be their largest show yet, and we need to know what will happen when such a large crowd is exposed to Manson's new ritual and the scheduled space-time paradox. Those are your talents and that's what we hired you to do, even if you don't understand what it has to do with death at this point.
