To Whom it May Concern:

This is a short note to let you know I'm still following Scully and Mulder, and I've got some information regarding the "Prince of Darkness" connection to Mr. Manson which you asked for.
I think I know why Manson put that sample from this film into his recording of "Down in the Park", and it's an important clue to the mysterious power of "Antichrist Superstar." I may also have a lead on how we may be able to secure this technology for our own use.

In the movie, the "Brotherhood of Sheep" (oops! I mean "Sleep") is guarding a "container" which has held Satan captive througout history. Part of the translation of the ancient manuscript reads,

"I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you this thing which shall be unleashed...Mystery, Babylon the Great, the Mother of Harlots and the abominations of the Earth...And the Prince of Darkness was himself sealed, that old life, called the Devil and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world... I saw a star fall from heaven unto the bottomless pit and he was cast out... Be you not deceived of his purpose, for one will be chosen."

The people in the movie discovered that this "container of Satan" had a weird locking mechanism WHICH CAN ONLY BE OPENED FROM THE INSIDE, a reference, I think, to the apocalyptic theory of the Enochian magick system, which states that only a human being can unlock the gates of the watchtowers and release Satan and his minions, thus initiating the events in the Book of Revelation. (Mr. Manson has been dropping hints everywhere of his obsession with this film and its connection to his current work; between the "Lunchbox" single and "ACS", there was the "Sweet Dreams" video where he was riding the pig, obviously a veiled reference to "Babylon astride the beast" with himself in the role of this feminine antichrist--note his androgynous appearance).

After decoding the differential equations in the manuscript, the people in the film figure out that a future technology using "tachyons," which are particles that travel faster than the speed of light (and therefore, travel backwards in time) was used to send a video transmission to this specific time and place in the past (the old church) by calculating its grid coordinates in the space-time matrix. Everyone within close proximity to the targeted location has the same recurring dream, which contains images of events to come along with this message:

"You are receiving this broadcast as a dream...We are transmitting from the year 1999...You are receiving this broadcast in order to alter the events you are seeing...Our technology has now developed a transmitter strong enough to reach your subconscious state of awareness...But this is not a dream...You are seeing what is actually occurring..."

Now we know that Mr. Manson has stated he was working on a way to "send himself messages from the future" and also, that he claims "Antichrist Superstar" was written in the future and retrieved by him via dreams and drug trips. I note also the similarity between the electronic voices both in the film and in the ACS album, and both contain ominous warnings about future events...in Mr. Manson's case, his fate as the "Antichrist Superstar" and his apocalyptic effect upon the world.

An odd thing I noticed while keeping the Marilyn Manson mailing lists, alt.music.marilyn- manson, and alt.conspiracy.marilyn-manson under surveillance were the many references to strange dreams in connection with Manson's "Antichrist Superstar." Most recently, a post was made to one of the lists about a claim by a certain Manson groupie that "Manson fans all over the country are having the same dreams." Now since this person is universally detested by the people on the mailing list (and with good reason it seems), this claim was automatically ridiculed, though perhaps unfairly, since I seem to recall it was these same people who were themselves reporting strange dreams for at least a month after the release of the new CD.

Regarding Manson's drug use...this is interesting in that St. John was also under the influence of a hallucinogenic drug when he saw the visions recorded in the Book of Revelation. Unbeknownst to the apostle, he was drugged with a piece of mescaline-soaked blotter paper and shown computer-generated holograms: "And I took the little scroll out of the angel's hand and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter" (Rev 10:9). There is no need to remind you of who was behind this little trick and why, as I'm sure you already know.

As you may have guessed, I'm leading up to my hypothesis that Manson has knowledge of and is actually using this future technology, a form of time travel. And not only that, but he may have used it in such a way that it was permanently recorded onto the CD, so that every time somebody listens to it, their subconscious receives again this broadcast-from-the-future. (Or, in Manson's words, "When you play it, it brings you one step closer to the Apocalypse.") Since it is an unknown technology, we haven't been able to detect it, despite numerous audio specialists and ceremonial magicians who have unsuccessfully examined this recording for evidence of an exhaustive list of techniques (as you already know), nor have we been able to figure out exactly what it's doing.

The obvious question is: how did they obtain this technology? None of the band members are particle physicists, so unless Mulder is correct in thinking that Manson has supernatural powers as a result of his extraterrestrial DNA, then one of our allied factions must have cut a deal with them or passed it on to them surreptitiously (since you tell me so little, it may have been our own Millennium Group, for all I know).

One band member we should investigate further is that keyboard wizard, Madonna Wayne Gacy. His comments to "Circus" rock magazine (as you know) did not go unnoticed by us, and we should find out how much he really knows about kaballistic numerology and those alleged "frequencies" and "computer technology" which he mentioned. It's entirely possible that he rather than Manson is the mastermind behind this unknown technology.
