I meet Andy, we make a large interview after the show...and I enjoyed very much with his humor and I'm very impresed with him specially when we talk about a old band formed by a trio. To everybody who are especting the re-reunion of this old band...I'm sorry...but this train he dosen't take Andy in his wagons!!
We talk about his new albums, his experience with Vinnie and Soda Stereo making a new version of Bring On The Night in Spanish, his new album with a Brazilian guitarist that will be on sale very soon, from his video for learning to play guitar and many other things like old relationship with Kevin Ayers, Zoot Money, Eric Burdon & the Animals and The Police. A great interview that I finish making some pictures and some signatures for both parts...because he liked very much my two POLICE books...and I give him one of these and the other one I promis to send him very soon.
The show was very nice in a very nice place called LUZ de GAS (old theatre). Andy take a look and he say the he liked very much to play in this place.The people was very hot and he support very much during the show. At the end Andy was very satisfied with the show, more than the one played last night in Madrid. Andy and the other members of the band are very tired but the show was extremadly hard..alot of passion...specially at the end of the show with Message.
(Specially for Erwin, Rogier & co.):
The soundcheck was very funny...becasue there was two parts...one checking Andy the guitar, then taking a break to take a sandwich near to the stage looking some magazines and then with a second part with a great music.
During the show Andy has some technical problems with the amplifier...but nothing important after to see the show.
Uhmmm...just one small note for all who loves the photography...Andy is working in a new Photo album and he promis to work on it very soon.
