Caught at Andy in NYC Monday nite - good show - small turnout but most enjoyable. He said he had just come in from Brazil - and this was first show of tour. He only played stuff "from this decade".
Power trio setup was good as well.
Hi everyone! My husband and I went to see Andy last night at The Wetlands in NYC. It was an amazing show! He was in a really good mood,even though he was SICK!! I felt so bad for him! He played alot of material from "The Last Dance With Mr. X", plus some form his older albums. He ended with two Police songs, "Murder By Numbers", and "Message In A Bottle". The whole audience sang the lyrics while the band played the music. So after the show my husband and I waited to see if he would come back out to sign some autographs for him fans. He did, and eventually got up to him. I was soooo nervous! I shook his hand and told him how much of a big fan I was, and how it was and honor to meet him. He signed my cd cover, and my husband took a picture with him and I! I was thrilled!!!! Well, there's my story. Get out to see him if he's in your area, it's a great show!!!
