Last Saturday at 8.00 pm in the Maimarkthalle in Mannheim I was at Sting's 2nd or so German gig. It was *MUCH* better than the concert I've seen during his SC tour. Opening act were the SOUL SISTERS a band with two single hits (here); one was "I keep on searching for a way to tour heart", the other title I don't remember. They played for about half an hour. After a break of about 10 minutes the real show started. The lineup was Sting (bass and vocals), Dominic Miller (guitar & background vocals), David Sancious (keyboard & background vocals) and the drummer, whose name I was not able to understand.
Sting only played the guitar in one song (Fragile), where he was accompanied by DM. They all did a very good job, lots of good music and lots of loud music (my ears still ring). The program for the (nearly) 2 hours was:

So no titles from SC and nothing from DOTBT. The songs from Police were very welcomed by the audience, I think Englishman and Roxanne received the greatest applause. I really enjoyed the whole thing (although I was a bit sceptical at first), especially appreciating the Police things, which I never before had a chance to see; but I would have like some "Walking On The Moon".
My recommendation: GO AND WATCH IT!!!
