Not Gonna Live Forever: The "Liam is Dead" clues

I'm a massive Beatles fan as well as a huge Oasis fan. If you know anything about the Beatles, you will recall the famous "Paul is dead" hype...this was a period of time which fans seemed to find several "clues" that Paul McCartney had died in an automobile accident in 1966. One boring day my mate Michele and I got to thinking...What if Liam Gallagher was dead? So we found several clues and hidden meanings in Oasis' work...here are the now famous "Liam is Dead" clues...

What's the story?

One fateful night, Liam, pissed as always, finally got on Patsy's last nerve (probably by smashing her favourite lipstick or summat). Patsy had a fit and demanded Liam leave the house. The drunken Liam stumbled to his scooter and took off though feeling slightly less than supersonic. Nearing dawn, he sped over a bridge much too fast, hit a pot hole, and flew off the bridge to the train track below...too much in a haze, poor Liam did not see the train coming. An old woman witnessing the accident called for help...Liam was taken in a medical helicopter, but died soon after...the doctors being of no help...When Noel first heard of the accident, he thought "What did he do now that bloody lout?"...but then his senses cleared up and he thought, "Bloody hell, I can't sing worth a f***!!! What are we gonna do?"..."we can't let the public know!!"...In a desperate attempt to save Oasis...He formed a masterplan to cover up the death. Noel employed a Liam look-alike...the only problem was the look-alike had a shaved head, so Noel shaved his to cover up any suspicion.

We have also discovered several "clues" to support our theory.....

*D'You Know What I Mean? clues* - the newest single and its video contain many clues

+ "Step off the train all alone at dawn" - the song's first line tells when and how Liam died.
+ "I met my maker" - In heaven?
+ "There's blood on the tracks and it must be mine" - direct reference to getting hit by a train.
+ In the video, "Liam" appears to be afraid of the helicopters...because he died in one?...also, in the end it shows him riding in a helicopter.
+ "Liam" is the only one wearing sunglasses that cover up a missing unibrow??
+ Liam is famous for giving the "V" sign...then why at the end does he flash a peace sign??? Did he "forget"???
*Definitely Maybe Lyrics clues*

+ "I wanna live, but don't wanna die" - a final plea???
+ "Now he stops at traffic lights, but only when they're green"
+ "she sniffs it through a cane on a supersonic TRAIN" - another train reference.
+ "Today was just a blur, you gotta head like a ghost train" - Liam's blurry vision, or yet another train reference.
+ "I'll be scraping your life from the sole of my shoe tonight" - think about that one.
+ "your body and mind can't breathe"
+ "You could wait for a life time to spend your days in the sunshine" - or just get hit by a train.
+ "slide away"
+ "I don't care no more so don't you worry, Good Bye I'm going home"
+ "she done it with a doctor on a helicopter" - a doctor on a helicopter tried to save Liam.
*(What's The Story) Morning Glory? Lyric clues*

+ "wipe that tear away now from your eye" - stop crying bout Liam.
+ "I never did find my way back" - from that ride???
+ "go and tell it to the man that lives in hell" - is Noel suggesting his brother didn't make it to heaven???
+ Champagne Supernova - "where were you while we were getting high?..." "Caught beneath a landslide"

*Assorted and Various Clues/Theories*

+ The "old" Liam couldn't play guitar...
+ In the "Wibbling Rivalry" interview Liam SWORE to knowing John Lennon hmmm...
+ The "real" Liam wouldn't have married...especially to a ditzy actress wannabe...
+ Why did Oasis ditch McCarroll (besides the fact his playing was. Well...shite)... did he know the truth???
+ If you read any recent interviews with "Liam" he is actually nice, polite, and talks lovingly of his brother??? What??? I'm sorry that's just not Liam!!!
+ Why did Liam sit out at MTV Unplugged??? Sore throat or fear of not sounding like the old Liam???
+ Noel's recent solo acoustic concerts??? New Liam still learning the words and those difficult tambourine parts???
+ "It's good to be free!!!" of Liam???
+ OK...this one is a bit odd...but Michele and I swear we hear something when you play the first verse of "Live Forever" backwards..NO JOKE!!! We hear... "Be here, ohh what a night!! Here, he also died here..." WHY don't you see for yourself???
And here's some other clues by the authors - these just in: (7/20/97)

+ Were Liam's dimples ever that prominent as they are in the new video?
+ In the "D'You Know What I Mean?" video...Liam is shown with his hands in his pockets as opposed to his normal stance with them behind his back - later in the video though, he corrects himself. Did Noel catch this and tell him to fix it???
+ Although it's not Liam, at the end of the "Live Forever" video, they bury Tony...
+ In the "Champagne Supernova" video Liam is laying on the ground, spinning around
+ At the end of the "Champagne Supernova" video Liam spells out help...more than a mere Beatles reference? A plea for help?
+ In the "Supersonic" video...the band is shown among dinosaur replicas...extinct like Liam...(sorry that one's pretty corny)

I thought this was pretty funny, so if anybody can find any more mystic clues to Liam's death contained in songs or on album covers, send them in. I'll post them below, and maybe soon there'll be enough to get him a real death certificate! ; )

Here's some we editors did as of 7/18/97:
+ In the new single AND in "Morning Glory", you can hear helicopters flying in the song.
+ On the "Singles" boxed sets it says "Warning: Rock 'n' roll can seriously damage your health". Liam's health sounds like it was seriously damaged.
+ In the "Live Forever" video, Liam is surrounded by pictures of dead stars. Coincidence or subtle message that Liam had JOINED those stars?
+ The empty and full wine glass on the "Definitely Maybe" cover could also symbolize the passing of Liam's life.
+ On the "(What's The Story) Morning Glory?" cover, we see someone walking away on both the front and the back. Is this Liam walking away from the band? We also see a motorcycle coming at him from down the road on the back cover. Does this signify that he's fixing to be hit by something? (sorry, had to throw that in. I can't be serious for that long.)
+ On the "Wonderwall" sleeve, you can see somebody walking far away in the background, just over the arm. Is it the ghost of Liam again?
+ On the "Roll With It" sleeve, Liam is watching something so weird on his TV that he MUST be dead. Or else he'd have changed the channel.
And here's another one, submitted by Julie, as of (8/30/97):
+ In the American version of the "Live Forever" video, amongst the portraits of dead stars, there is a negative of Liam on the right wall. It shows up for only about a second.
And some more by us editors (11/26/97):
+There's a car in the pool on the BHN cover - maybe Liam got drunk and drove it in there and drowned?
+The board has the date "August 26th" on it - the date of Liam's death?
+Inside the booklet, there's a picture of Bonehead sitting by a parking meter looking sad - is he waiting for Liam to come back?
And more by Amanda, as of (1/1/98)
+A few recent concerts Liam has cancelled leaving Noel to go solo again
+His voice is a lot different sounding lately
+He is still married to Patsy (if that doesn't constitute being completely brain dead I don't know what does!!!)
+On the new album he's holding up a picture of Oasis looking at it..(looking at the REAL Liam???)
+The DGA video.....the people seem to be walking almost in a funeral processing...Meant for Liam??
+Also it shows Liam looking out the window into the lights....towards heaven??
+Oasis is going to America again....the real Liam wouldn't bother
+On SNL Liam made gestures towards the camera...was he trying to tell us summat???
+Also on SNL, Noel looked errrr a bit excited knoworrimean??? And the old Liam woulda pointed that out on national television
+He is dressing a lot....well nicer nowadays...he's given up the old baggy jeans and dirty shirts for nicer khaki-type outfits and clean crisp shirts.
And some lyrics from "Be Here Now" that suggest Liam's dead, sent in by Miggie (3/29/98):
