- tabloid tales
- The tabloids got all broody on us last week. The Sun caught Liam Gallagher and Patsy Kensit shopping at London's " trendy tots' store Dragons", while The Sunday Mirror joked that "impending fatherhood is having a profound effect on Liam Gallagher". One of Liam's friends told the paper: "I don't know if he's going through another John Lennon phase, but he's really mellowed out. He's even talking about staying in on Millenium night. He says he just wants to sit at home and bounce his new baby on his knee.
- The Daily Star joined the Patsy-Liam frenzy by announcing that Liz Hurley has agreed to be godmother to the couple's baby. The Star also alleged that the baby will be called Lennon if it's a boy and Grace if it's a girl.
- As for the the other expected Gallagher sprog, The Mirror spotted Meg Mathews and a friend visiting "London's exclusive Portland Clinic" for he first pregnancy scan. Apparently, "radiant Meg couldn't disguise her joy, as she proudly showed off the ultrasound pictures of her baby to the chum."
