Evergreen Holy Night

eiichi gives holds out his hands and asks Belldandy to take it. Belldandy looks in his hands to find that Keiichi has brought her a ring. Keiichi takes her hand and slips the ring into her finger. Belldandy tells Keiichi that she must leave now. Distressed, Keiichi reminds her of the contract, and then the promise she made!

Keiichi wakes up in a cold sweat from his nightmare.........

Keiichi looks to his side to see Belldandy there by his side faithfully, she asks him if he had a nightmare. Keiichi tries to tell her his nightmare but looking upon her face he forgets the awful dream and doesn't tell her. Next morning Skuld and Urd are having a snowball fight. Urd gets angry and casts a spell binding snow with life force creating a real life giant snowman! Skuld, stunned for the moment accepts Urd's challenge and boasts saying her snowball machine can still stand up to that hulking snowman. Keiichi wakes up and goes out to the backyard, the minute he steps outside Keiichi gets hit by a snowball! He looks around and wonders why it is snowing. Belldandy comes out and Skuld seeing her sister says hi! Keiichi tells Belldandy that there shouldn't be this much snow around here. Keiichi tells them that they have to get rid of the snow before this gets on the news or something. Skuld gets the idea to build a snow-removal machine and runs away in happiness. Keiichi shovels the snow of the roof and Belldandy tells him to be careful, Keiichi tells her it's alright, he can take care of it. Just then something pops out of the snow and scares Keiichi making him fall down, Belldandy uses her magic to float him down safely. They look behind them and see a bug jumping around! Skuld runs after it with her hammer and smashes it. It disappears into air and the snow disappears. Everyone is stunned that a bug got here except for Keiichi, he doesn't have a clue what that was!

At the table having breakfast Keiichi asks if that was a bug and Skuld tells him it was. Then strange things start happening, The table then disappears and Urd falls(since she's learning on it) Keiichi's body then becomes magnatized and everything metal sticks on him like glue! Skuld then realizes that there are still bugs at work and pulls out Mister Bug Zapper! The Bug Zapper draws about 10 bugs in the room and zaps them good! Skuld puts on her special glasses and see's that a bug portal has formed between Keiichi and Belldandy. She tells them to get away from each other and the portal disappears. Skuld wonders why a portal has formed between them and says that until she finds out how to seal the portal Belldandy and Keiichi must stay away from each other or there could be BIG trouble! Hearing the awful news Belldandy calls out Keiichi's name and Keiichi calls out hers. The phone then rings and Belldandy answers it. It just happens to be the Almight One!(Guess who) He gives Belldandy a recall notice and tells her that the portal will take 3 days to set up. Belldandy tries to make excuses because she doesn't want to leave Keiichi but it's no use. Keiichi asks about the phone call and tells Belldandy that she can't go! He reminds her of the contract and the promise she made to him. But she explains to him that she'd be by his side as long as she can. Keiichi apologizes and is off to school.

While in class Keiichi overhears rumors of him and Belldandy breaking up. Back at the temple Belldandy decides to go to school. Urd tells her not to because it'll only make her feel worse if she goes. Still, Belldandy insists on going and packs a Flask to with her to give to Keiichi and transports herself to school through a mirror. Meanwhile Sayoko decides to come to class and asks Keiichi about Belldandy. Keiichi just tells her that it's not her concern. As class ends Sayoko follows Keiichi into the halls and tries to persuade him into taking a ride with her in her new mtoorbike. Then Keiichi sees Belldandy come out from the girls restroom and runs to her, Belldady sees him and is very happy. But as Keiichi tries to get close the windows near him shatter, keeping Keiichi away from Belldandy. And so Belldandy and Keiichi must contiunue to stay away from each other.

At lunch in the cafeteria, she sees Keiichi and smiles thorough the glass door. Keiichi sees her and smiles back. Belldandy takes out her flask and prepares to enter the cafeteria to give it to Keiichi, but the minute she steps in a lunch ticket machine next to her shatters and frightens Belldandy making her drop the flask. Everyone in the room, is stunned and Belldandy knows why the glass in the lunch ticket machine shattered. She sheds tears and runs out. Keiichi runs after her but stops at the flask she left behind and just stands there. Megumi comes to sit with Keiichi and asks him why they are breaking up and asks where is Belldandy. Keiichi tells Megumi that Belldandy is returning to her homeland in 3 days.(Megumi doesn't know that Belldandy is a goddess) Megumi is stunned and and asks Keiichi what is he going to do about it. Keiichi tells Megumi that it is out of his hands. He also tells her how much he cares for her and would not forget her even for an instant! Megumi says that why doesn't he buy her a ring that costs 3 months pay, but she was joking since she believes that no man would do that. Keiichi looks up and gets an idea, he leaves to get money for the ring and leaves Megumi to clean up after Keiichi's lunch.

Keiichi goes to his sempai's Tamiya and Ootaki and asks them for a job, no matter what the job is he'll take it, he needs the money bad. Tamiya thinks and tells Keiichi that he can come tomorrow for the job and Sora Hasegawa tells Keiichi that there is a store near her house that is hiring. Keiichi tells her that he'll take that job too(see hoe much Keiichi cares for Belldandy? he is willing to take so many jobs to buy her a present). Before Keiichi leaves he asks Sora to give this note to Belldandy. Sora agrees after much discussion and Keiichi thanks her. Sora finds Belldandy on a park bench(or a bench waiting for the bus, im not sure) and tells her this note is from Keiichi. The letter reads: " Belldandy, lets go back home seperately, just like how we came to school today. I was glad to see your face, if only for a moment. Keiichi."

Meanwhile back at the temple, Skuld and Urd are busy trying to find out what is causing the bug port to form between Keiichi and Belldandy. Skuld had concluded that there is something attracting the bugs, it is the bug port's power source, if they destroy that power source then the bug port should disappear. Back at school, Belldandy enters the women's restroom and prepares to use the mirror there to teleport back to the temple. As she gets ready too, Sayoko comes from one of the stalls, she asks Belldandy what she is doing(since Belldandy has her hand on the mirror) and Belldandy tells her that she saw some dirt on the mirror and is cleaning it. Sayoko asks about Keiichi and her breaking up and Belldandy tells her that she always thinks about Keiichi, Sayoko then asks about the other rumor about Belldandy returning home. Belldandy tells her its true and Sayoko starts asking more questions. When Sayoko exits the restroom she looks back and tells Belldandy that she'd better come back soon, or else she'll steal Keiichi right out of the palm of her hand.
