Singlehood is not
a bad idea, although having someone to love and loving you back
is one of the best
feeling, but while you are a bachelor/bachelorette...
ENJOY YOUR INDEPENDENCE
Sometimes it's
good to be "alone" but that doesn't make us lonely.
It's not a matter of being present "with" someone, it is a matter of being
present "to" someone.
Haven't had anyone or just broke up with someone. Dont sulk yourself. Try
enjoying it instead of blaming yourself. Usually, this is the time to think
about all the neat stuff you can do with YOUR life!
INDULGE YOURSELF
Buy yourself some new undies:) Wear that sexy
dress you've always hesistated. Splurge and pamper yourself with things
you had your eye on for months. Regain your self- confidence.
Looking for Mr/Ms Right is not going to help. Just
relax, take it easy and calm yourself down. No need to rush things. Begin
to take control of your life.
TRY OUT NEW & EXCITING
THINGS
Go out have fun! Call and bond with your long lost
buddies, party, watch a movie with friends, go dancing, hang out. Don't
deprive yourself with the same sex. Meeting new people is not a crime.
PLAN A VACATION
Take some time to relax, think.Take a short trip
it might help your mind and soul ease up.
Thinking is not an easy task to take out of your
mind. Breakup? Well, mourning helps but don't dwell, the more you prolong
your agony the more hurt you feel. Fate has its own way of making things
happen at the right time and place.Take it slow, many things can happen
in a day.
Don't be pesimistic. Life brings challenges to make
us the person we are now. If not for the things that happened in the past
, we might not be the person who we are now. Take it as a lesson, something
learned from each situation we encounter and not all things that happen
end up bad. Although good and bad experiences are still experiences.
Singlehood is realizing that being married is
not necessarily better, it is merely different. Being single
means learning to live by yourself and give yourself space to grow. Sometimes,
it is harder to grow when you are too close to someone.
THE LAST THING YOU WOULD WANT IS TO BE IN LOVE
WITH SOMEONE YOU KNOW YOU CAN'T HAVE. I KNOW THAT FOR A FACT! - Ally Mcbeal
