Armitage the III, it is a great anime - some were upset with the ending - some weren't. It was one of my first series - a must see for anyone new to anime.
True, I did not give it a 10 - 4 tapes long, this show has fairly good art for it - at times it looks like the characters eyes cross, but it's good art. For a serious story it has a fairly high rewatch value. Plenty of action - mysterious killings on Mars colony is what faces a new officer as he is re-assigned. He has a past of mistrust for cyborgs - one killing his partner - the problem is he has to find out why the type III cyborgs are being killed, what secrets are being hidden behind it, and dealing with his mistrust of cyborgs... especially when his new partner is one. At the same time Armitage herself questions her own existance as they track a cold blooded killer.
great for "Cyberjunkies" - cool outfits, mystery, action, a good show....
