To get the Masketchi what you have to do is to bring him up without any flaws or without forgetting to feed or play with him when he was young. Try your best not to give him too many lectures though (as long as it's not full) because the Nobitatchi is supposed to be quite a bad boy, giving him full blasts of lectures will only make him a good boy (or some other creature instead).
