Liz: Jason I have to go after him, I'm sorry

Jason: Go. It's okay, really. Go to Lucky.

Liz smiled at Jason and left the docks. She figured Lucky had gone back to Kelly's but he was not there. Liz tried to think about where he would have gone. An idea popped into her head and she knew where he had gone. It was amazing that after all those years of being separated from Lucky, Liz could still read him.

Liz made it to the woods, she was surprised that she still remembered where to go since it had been so long since the last time she was there. The boxcar came into view and Liz took a deep breath. The last time she was there was a few months after Lucky was gone. Liz walked closer to the boxcar till she was at the entrance. She looked inside and saw Lucky as he kneeled down in front of the stove she painted. Liz just watched him as he ran his fingers over the paint.

Liz: I thought you would be here.

Lucky jumped at the sound of her voice, but he did not turn around. He should have known Liz would be able to find him.

Lucky: What are you doing here?

Liz: (stepped in the boxcar) Looking for you. I knew you would be here.

Lucky: Don't you have some place to be, like with Jason. He's who you want to be with, he's who you're in love with.

Liz: (tears) That's not true. I'm not in love with Jason. I'm in love with you, I never stopped loving you, never.

Lucky raised up to his feet and turned around to face Liz. Tears streamed down her face when she saw that Lucky also had tears in his eyes.

Lucky: But I saw you kissing him.

Liz walked over to Lucky and took his hands in her hers

Liz: I know, but it was just a good bye kiss. Lucky Jason and I have been together as friends and more than friends for so long. But he as well as I knew it would never work. Lucky I am so sorry about what I said about last night, it was not a mistake. It was beautiful and very much wanted. I made love to you last night because I am in love with you and that is the reason I could never sleep with Jason. Lucky are you hearing me? (takes his face in her hands) I love you.

Lucky: You never….with Jason?

Liz: No baby……never. You're the only one I have ever been with and you're the only one I want to be with.

By this time they are both in full fledge tears. Lucky takes her hands away from his face.

Lucky: I caused you so much pain Elizabeth.

Liz: No! It was NOT your fault. I am so sorry for making you think it was. I know you would have never have left me. I am so sorry.

Lucky: You have nothing to be sorry for. It's not like I expected you to stay in your room and mourn over me forever. I love you so much Elizabeth.

Liz: I love you to Lucky today and forever and the day after that.

Lucky gathered Liz up in his arms and brought his mouth down to hers for a passionate kiss. As their tongues danced together as their tears continued to fall. They tasted each other's tears as their bodies pressed together and their kiss became more intense. They finally broke away breathless.

Liz: You know…..I always wanted to make love to you in this boxcar.

Lucky: Don't temp me Elizabeth.

Liz: Who's tempting?

Lucky: Are you serious? Elizabeth, it's so dirty in here.

Liz: yeah I guess you're right, but lets go somewhere clean right now because I want you so bad.

Lucky: Well since you put it that way, let's go.

Lucky helped Liz out of the boxcar and they walked through the woods. Lucky felt Liz grip his hand when they passed the fountain.

Lucky: Are you okay?

Liz: I'm fine. You know for the first time in my life, that fountain and those bushes are just what they are, just a fountain and a couple of bushes.

Liz and Lucky hugged and continued on their way.
