Taylor betrays Ridge's trust....
Taylor is married to Ridge. Taylor has a mentor who shows up in town, Dr James Warrick. He confess he needs her help. He is a sick man. Taylor agress to help him. James has problems with his father, he and mum get along fine...but he and father...well, there is definately a problem there.
James and Taylor are together a lot. Ridge wonders about it, but Taylor reassures him that James just needs her professional help, he sees her as his doctor and thats all.
James and Taylor go to Scotland to visit his parents as a major part of his therapy. BUT...there is only one parent. James' father. It seems James' mother Sophia, died in childbirth and his father always blamed James for his mother's death, thus James mental illness evolved. Now that Taylor knows the truth, she talks to James. James and Taylor share a few kisses. Taaaa Daaaa...James is cured (well, at least half way).
Taylor and James return home to LA. Taylor being the big hypocrite that she is, doesn't bother to inform her precious husband Ridge about the kisses she shared with James while she and James were abroad.
