Star Trek: New Frontier by Peter David
Read all of them. Every single one of them. Even the comic book. Go back and read David's Starfleet Academy novels if you want to see Soleta, Kebron and McHenry in their Academy days. Read them all, front to back. When you finish, read them over again. Demand Paramount make this into a TV series with Peter David in complete and total control. Just read them all. I'd take this series over the last seasons of Voyager anyday.
