The evidence Margo has is a floppy Disk that has info on Emily paying the man she killed. He was an actor. Tom cross examines Margo and is harsh. He brings up Eddie and how she was emotionally envolved and how she hid him when Emily faked the mugging. Eddie flips out and says "How can you treat your wife like that?" He leaves in a rage. Tom brings up how she feels about Emily and Tom's affair is brought up. Tom is making it seem that Margo formatted the floppy disk because it is the type of disk she uses at the house. Margo says she hates Emily but she wouldn't make something up and that Tom knows that. Tom turns around and spots Adam who just shakes his head. The judge asks if Tom is finshed but he doesn't respond. Margo says "Yes, we are finished" and Tom looks at her.
Someone suggests that Luke could be a bone marrow match. Holden says no because he knows luke won't be. Lily wonders why but he says OK. Meanwhile, Denise and Ben go home from court and Denise is sad because she will never know where her baby is. Ben says we will find her/him. Denise wants to help another baby, maybee Lily and Holden's baby.
Holden and Julia talk about Hope.
Molly and Andy are in their swimsuits getting some rays. Ried comes out and sees them and drops his camara. Ried comes back out in his swim suit. Andy comes out dressed and said he has to go to the hospital. He is going to get tested to see if he is a match to Hope. Ried and Molly talk. Molly says how much she loves Andy. Ried says she doesn't. She slips and says "David is everything that I have ever wanted" but she meant to say Andy. Ried kisses molly. Andy sees Denise and one of them says "it's you again" and smile at each other
