A teenager full of idealism and pride, Hercules has been given godly strengths, but has not yet been able to reconcile his mortal and godly identities. He undertakes heroic missions in an effort to impress his father, Zeus, with whom he has no contact. However, with his generous and protective instincts, the hero within Hercules always prevails.
