The summaries of episodes are all in my own words and though the characters themselves may or may not be copyrighted, that can not prohibit me describing the shows, can it?
The real concern is the use of images. Image copyright infringment is multiplying on the Internet, and affected companies are currently at a loss as for what to do about it. Nearly all of the images in these pages are taken from episodes of Legend of William Tell, and are property of show, used without permission.
I truly do worry about these things and there are several reasons as to why I continue to use them:
1. There have as yet been no published attempts at prosecution for the use of such
images on the Internet, even for the most blatant abuses.
2. The images used here are low quality, low resolution images. They are intended as
indications only, and can in no way be considered substitues for the real product.
3. This
is completely a non-commercial enterprise, whose only goal is the dispertion of information
about the Legend of William Tell show.
If you are from the makers and wish to differ on any of these points, let me know and I'll shut the whole page down given thirty seconds notice.
